Time to Read!

So what do you choose? Exercise or reading a good book. I say you can do both. I’m at my local health club 5 to 6 days a week, and always bring a book along. If it’s time to ride on my recumbent bike, I can both ride and read. My rule of thumb is that if you have five or six minutes while you’re waiting, sitting, or even standing, it’s good to pull out a book. Just suggesting!
